Your email address is used to: - send you a waitlist registration confirmation; - notify you when the Club Up app is available. We will not use your email for newsletters, promotions, or unsolicited communications without your explicit additional consent.
Data Retention
Your data will be stored until the app launches. You can request deletion at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, or by writing to us.
International Data Transfers
Your email address is processed by our service providers Supabase (database) and Resend (email delivery), which may store and process data outside the European Economic Area. Both providers operate under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, ensuring adequate protection of your personal data in accordance with GDPR.
Third Parties
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties beyond the service providers listed above (Supabase, Resend), which act as data processors under our instructions.
Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data. You can exercise these rights at any time by writing to ownerstheclubup@gmail.com or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email you receive from us.
